1. Operator

2. What we offer

MKRouterKit analyses MikroTik RouterOS configuration exports and reports security issues. The free audit shows a security score and sample findings. Full reports and AI analysis require tokens.

  • 1 token — full audit report with all findings and remediation commands.
  • 2 tokens — full report plus AI deep analysis by our AI.
  • Tokens are valid for 365 days from purchase.
  • Re-auditing the same device is free for 7 days after first use.

3. Payment

Payments are processed by PayU S.A. (Poznań, Poland). We accept major credit/debit cards. Your card details are handled solely by PayU — we never see or store them.

4. Right of withdrawal

You may cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to the following conditions:

  • Single tokens (purchased individually): Each unused token is refundable within 14 days of purchase. If you bought 3 individual tokens and used 1, you may request a refund for the remaining 2.
  • 5-token bundle: Refundable in full only if none of the tokens have been used. Once any token from the bundle is used, the entire bundle becomes non-refundable. The bundle is sold at a discounted price in exchange for this condition.

Once a token unlocks a report, the digital content has been delivered and that token is non-refundable regardless of purchase type.

To withdraw, contact us with your order email and token code(s). Refunds are issued within 14 days via the original payment method.

5. Complaints

If something goes wrong, let us know. Valid reasons for a complaint:

  • Token not received after confirmed payment.
  • Token not working (unable to unlock report).
  • Technical error preventing access to paid content.

We respond within 14 business days. For out-of-court resolution EU consumers may use ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Czech consumers may contact ČOI at coi.cz.

6. Liability

Audit results are informational only. We are not liable for any damages resulting from acting on or ignoring the findings. Always test configuration changes before applying them to production devices.

7. Privacy & GDPR

We process personal data under EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

  • Email — for token delivery. Not used for marketing without consent.
  • Configuration export — for analysis only. Deleted after 90 days.
  • IP address — for rate limiting and abuse prevention.
  • Analytics — Google Analytics 4, only with your consent, anonymised IP.

We never sell data or share it with third parties except PayU for payment processing. You may request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Czech law. Disputes are resolved before competent Czech courts.
